A user or group can be denied access to an entire repository within a Server. When denied, the repository is not among the repositories the user/group can select after logging into a server.

You can deny the user/group access to a repository by selecting the Source Control Respositories -> Individual Repository -> Repository Access page, and editing the user/group access rights for that repository.
